Lauren attended McCann School of Business & Technology where she completed the cosmetology program while simultaneously achieving an associates degree in business. After graduation, Lauren re-enrolled in the cosmetology teaching program at McCann & attained her Pennsylvania’s cosmetology teaching license. Her first industry team was a private salon in Lewisburg where she received an additional 6 months of hands-on mentoring & training from a master stylist & eventually spent 7 years building her own clientele. When the opportunity of using her teaching education arose, she accepted the new position as the Hair Educator & spent 4 years training new stylists in the salon, while making major achievements within the salon structure. Lauren has completed numerous hours of continuing education in Redken hair color + hair products, Olaplex, k18, Brazilian Blowout & multiple hair care lines. The business side of the salon industry then began to interest Lauren when the global pandemic hit & with the help of Bucknell Small Business Development Center, the MOB (mark of beauty) was born & was open for business in august of 2021!
Lauren specializes in integrity of hair while blonding & dimensional color, along with design + post designing hair cutting. Services that Lauren also offers are men’s cuts, Brazilian Blowouts & facial waxing.
When Lauren isn’t in the salon, you can find her with her husband Jarred & two goldendoodles, Riley + Josey, traveling or working on their fixer upper home.
